Our first phase, Preconstruction, is about aligning on vision, budget, and expectations. The second phase, Construction, is about executing your vision with precision, consistent communication, and attention to detail.

Phase 1: Preconstruction

This phase is designed to set up your project for success. During this phase, we collaborate closely with your architect and/or interior design team to align on your vision, budget, and expectations. By the end, you'll have the clarity and confidence to move into the construction phase, where we bring that vision to life.

Phase 2: Construction

Once preconstruction is complete and all required permits are in place, we begin construction. Throughout this phase, we actively monitor the schedule, budget, and work quality, ensuring alignment with project expectations. These details are reviewed and discussed in bi-weekly site meetings to keep everything on track.
