Nestled in a historic neighborhood on Lake Minnetonka, we revitalized this Cape Cod style estate through a full renovation in collaboration with Chisel Architecture and Liquidpink Interiors. Together we transformed the main home, guest cottage, and a new boathouse into a cohesive gathering space for a multigenerational family. From solving design challenges like enlarging an existing basement to incorporating custom features like all-new cabinetry and integrated appliances, we worked across multiple buildings and navigated a tight timeline to craft a functionally welcoming space designed for connection. The result: a bright and open family retreat that is deeply personal to the client.
