Our team undertook the meticulous restoration of a 1890 Queen Anne House, transforming a beloved Summit Hill family home into a stunning blend of old and new. Collaborating with designer Deidre Webster of Studio Day Design, we preserved the property's historic charm while integrating modern touches like bespoke cabinetry, built-in appliances, and historically accurate tile. Through expert problem-solving – including relocating plumbing and matching original millwork – we created a seamless and timeless space that honors the home's rich heritage.
