Overlooking Lake Cornelia, our team breathed life back into this 1955 home alongside Anne McDonald Design. We worked to create a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors – solving complex design challenges, like integrating skylights and ceiling planes to enjoy nature from every viewpoint. Carpentry details support the architectural history of the home through new screen walls in the living room and an album display showcasing an impressive vinyl collection and serving as a unique Zoom backdrop. This family home now balances mid-century charm with modern functionality for relaxation, entertainment, and connection.

“Our firm brought on Edgerton as the GC for a whole home renovation in Edina, MN. This project was big, as every inch of the home was being touched, including exterior siding/updates, all new windows, mold remediation, HVAC, and high-end finishes throughout. Charlie gave our clients an estimate on how long the project would take, and somehow came in on time despite some pretty legit scope creeps that the clients asked for during construction.
