2025 St. Paul, Minnesota

In collaboration with Yond Interiors, we updated this 1940s brick colonial home by combining technical problem-solving with intentional execution. Located in the historic Summit Hill neighborhood, we were careful to preserve the home’s original character by salvaging millwork and the powder room’s vintage tile floor. Elsewhere we added modern functionality, such as transforming an existing bedroom into a full primary suite, complete with a luxurious bathroom featuring a heated limestone floor and freestanding tub. In every area we touched, we introduced distinctive details, such as custom-made built-ins, furniture, and accessories, including the installation of a custom bay window bench in the family living space – every reader’s cozy dream come true.

"Edgerton & Co. worked on a remodel of our house that encompassed the entire second floor, a bathroom on the first floor, and overhauling the HVAC system. We were very impressed – every subcontractor was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

The team worked very well with our designer, communicated well throughout, and did a great job of helping us navigate the challenges and decisions that inevitably arise during a project of this scope.

I would confidently recommend Edgerton & Co. to anyone seeking an extremely skilled and professional general contractor.”

— Steve, homeowner

“We seek collaboration from end to end with every project and Edgerton & Co. was a true partner. This project was all about creating efficiencies to maximize existing square footage so we could add a spacious primary bathroom and full secondary bathroom without compromising storage and flow. The Edgerton team helped us execute our vision by advising on optimal layout, carefully attending to the details of our design, and professionally managing the project. We appreciate the trades and the level of expertise they brought to the project!”
